Just plain sad.

Crazy. I came across this story about a guy who spent days building a guillotine with which to end his own life. Lets just say, he was successful. I thought to myself, this has to be truly odd and unusual. Then I found even more stories of men doing this. The most amazing thing to me is that these people often spend days building these large, elaborate devices without arising suspicion from anyone. Sad.
